This series of photos from Newark were from around May of 1990. It looks as if the fire occurred in Engine 6’s or Engine 18’s first due area. As I have stated before, one of my many shortcomings is documenting the "where and when" of fire photos I shot over the years. On most of my National Fire Academy trips, I would pop up to New Jersey to buff for a day or two. As with any of the shots in this section of BuffaloHeadFire.Com, if you recognize the location or know a specific date, please drop me an e-mail.

This next group remains another mystery. I think they were shot during the same trip as the photos above. It was an early morning fire and I recall that it may have been "Down Neck." For some reason Congress Street sticks in my mind, but who knows? The fact that the date and location are missing is only exceeded by the quality of these fine photos!
