- Structure Fire - 09/12/10 - Orange, NJ
Shortly before 0900 hours on September 12th, 2010 Orange, NJ Firefighters were dispatched to 399 Lincoln Avenue for a report of a fire in an apartment building. Units arrived to find fire on the fifth floor of the five story building, and reports were coming from dispatch of occupants trapped.
- Structure Fire - 09/16/10 - Roselle Park, NJ
On September 16th, 2010 shortly before 1800 hours, Union County fire units were just beginning to clear from a working fire in Rahway when an urgent request for mutual aid was aired over the County MAC channel. Roselle Park Firefighters had heavy smoke showing from a one-story commercial structure at 107 Columbus Place.
- Structure Fire - 09/29/10 - Albuquerque, NM
On September 29th, 2010 at 22:22 hours, the Albuquerque Fire Department received a 9-1-1 call for a well involved apartment building fire at 6000 Topke Place, NE. The fire originated in a first floor apartment of a 2 story, 8 unit apartment building. The burning apartment was occupied by a mother and four children, and the fire took the life of a 14 month old child.
- Chimney Fire - 12/03/10 - Bayfield, CO
On December 3rd, 2010 at 15:04 hours the Upper Pine Fire District was dispatched to a report of a chimney fire at 49 Tucker Lane. Initial information from dispatch indicated that smoke was coming from the wall of the building and that the residence had been evacuated.
- Structure Fire - 12/06/10 - Shiprock, NM
On December 6th, 2010 at approximately 1500 hours, San Juan County Fire Districts #12 (Shiprock); #1 (Kirtland); and 4 (LaPlata) were dispatched to a report of a structure fire south of Shiprock, off Highway 491.
- Fatal Vehicle Accident - 12/20/10 - Bayfield, CO
On December 20th, 2010 at approximately 1730 hours, firefighters from the Upper Pine and Los Pinos Fire Districts responded to this two-vehicle fatal accident at the intersection of US Highway 160 and North Commerce Drive in Bayfield, CO.
- Structure Fire - 02/04/11 - Albuquerque, NM
A third alarm assignment was needed to control a fire in an Albuquerque apartment building on February 4th, 2011. The initial assignment was dispatched to 4801 Gibson Boulevard, SE at approximately 1500 hours. First arriving units reported heavy smoke and fire showing from the north side of the building.
- Wildland Fire - 04/02/11 - Durango, CO
Shortly before noon on April 2nd, 2011, the Durango Fire Rescue Authority was dispatched to the area of 458 County Road 308 for a report of a controlled burn that was now out of control.
- Smoke From Building - 04/15/11 - Farmington, NM
On April 15th, 2011, at approximately 1700 hours, Farmington, NM Fire Department units were dispatched to Farmington Gold & Pawn at 824 East Main Street on a report of smoke from the building.
