Tom Ernst Photos

This series of photos comes from the renowned fire photographer Tom Ernst. I had met Tom, back in the day, when I was buffing 6 Engine. Tom had been buffing 11 Engine on Central Avenue and we had run into each other a few times when we had been riding with our respective companies. Through our conversations we found out that we lived in adjoining communities, Millburn and Springfield. The rest, as they say, is history. Tom went on to become a career firefighter with the Springfield FD, and has been kind enough to allow me to post some of his work on BuffaloHeadFire.Com. Enjoy!
